Antipsychotics cause me extreme lack of motivation, but without them I am crazy?

Just pls don't go off your meds...or you won't have a boyfriend to visit. I don't get how ur not too lazy to make the trip to oregon but ur too lazy to get in thr shower?? I guess I've never been there. I hope ue finf the right med combo.
