Masturbation cased me temp. blindness and deafness, what is hapening?

i was masturbating last night and i d , then got up, out of my bed , and lost my vision and couldn't hear anything , i was also very dizzy. when i lost my vision i say nothing but vertical white lines but i couldn't concentrate, and i heard a sound almost like static in my ears , this "episode" lasted a little more then 7 seconds. then my vision and hearing faded back. What is hapeneing and how can i prevent it
