I do not have MS to my knowledge. I used to work for a Neurologist, so I know a bit about it. I think your symptoms in your eyes are not likely to be related to MS. More commonly in MS, ophthalmological symptoms tend to be with disturbances in the vision, such as blurred vision in one or both eyes. Your panic attack sounds like just that - a clic panic attack. As to the muscular twitching, I don't know what to tell you. It might be worth consulting a Neurologist just to put your mind at rest.
