1966 mustang 289 4v a/t engine swap?

my friend says that he'll rebuild a 302 from his manual transmission 1969 bronco for my car. do you recommend i do this? and if i did would there be any bad vibrations or any other drawbacks? if yes, what would be the advantages if any?
