Disability question?

I applied for ssd and ssi for the second time some reason their saying its not an appeal but I have chronic asthma since birth and dr says im morbidly obese and have always been severly limited in my work skills as well im bi polar,with severe depression and anxiety issues, some type of slight compulsive disorder and agoraphobic but not homebound totally I want too know what my chances are to getting approved the first time was due too not showing up too one of their examinations cause of transportation issues any information would be appreciated
