How do i stop my parents from using me to comlpain to about each other? HELP?

all my prents do is fight and on christmas my mom blew up at my dad in front of my entire famly and my dad left. he came home. but all my parents do is complain to m about each other and it's startin to get to me and i an't consintate at hockey and it's affecting my game. what do i do? please help
