Im i going to be ok, what do i do now?

ok, so i am THIS dream after i want to the dentist, he give my novocain, and i froze up, think that i might have had a cardiac arrest . its hard for me to breath, and cant do stuff correct, and i am always fumbling stuff, its like its the days are shorter then they actuality are.. should i stay up, sleepy is like one big strange dream
