since it's a illegal immigrant he has no rights and can be held indefinately . they should of held him on matters of national security since it was a military man's id he stole... damn illegal immigrants gives us legal immigrants a bad name. no i am not a racist but certain rights come with being a united state civilian and right to due process and fair trial are one of them.if not constitutional rights should not apply
