Need a job please help! read on!?

im 15, livin in ramsgate (kent, england) and want a job...im supposed to go skool but i never go in..and when i do i get excluded. when i got excluded last time (3 days before end of term) they said i wasnt allowed back in till the work they send home is complete but i refuse to do it and had a thought it would b easier to get a job...can some1 help...do i have to wait for my national insurance card???!
