Shouldn't I have gotten my federal tax refund by now?

I checked my "wheres my refund" and it said that the check was mailed out on April 2,2010 it is now April 14th. I am getting nervous that something happened to the check. If so what then. They said not to contact them until April 30th. But what happens when I do contact them.I am in Indiana and I mailed my taxes in,they went to California. Thanks!
