WASR-10 AK-47 question?

Hi I live in NY and I want to buy a WASR-10 AK-47 my dealer said that its illegal to buy an AK with a bayonet and it also illegal to have a suppressor. I know the WASR is not the best AK around but I checked it out the action is smooth it has the steel mags but they have very little wobble and the gas tube and front sights are straight. they want 599 for it with two 30 round steel mags oil bottle sling and 60 rounds of ammo.
