Would like advice on draft strategy for a 10 person PPR football league?

I am drafting next week and have the 2nd pick overall,it is a snake draft and I am probably gonna take Ray Rice with my first pick... What to do after that is a real cluster F@*k for me could you please advise a strategy for my draft..We have no flex,1pt per rec,4pts for QB touchdown,and it is 100 bucks to enter,please any well thought out advice would be very helpfull!!
