My gles no changed from ( R-spherical-3.0 , cylinder-0.75,axis-70 and left sph.-2.25, cyl-0.75 axis-80 ) to?

Did you forget the negative signs on the new prescription for the left sph & cyl numbers? Both of them going from negative to positive is weird. Also, usually both cylinders will be written with the same sign. If these sph & cyl numbers were both negative it wouldn't be that strange of af a change.
